What's happening:
A local developer approached Farmwell Hunt several years ago to purchase a ~1.5 acre parcel of our Common Area, located near Papa Johns Pizza (Parcel ID 088-35-2063), as part of a broader residential development.
The land is unused/unusable by residents and often treated as a dumping ground that we pay to maintain (taxes, insurance, landscaping, clean-up).
Why it's important:
This is a great opportunity to sell a small parcel of unused land on the edge of the community and see it become part of a broader development that will improve the area and strengthen Farmwell Hunt property values.
Sale proceeds (~$1M) will further strengthen our community's financial future and amenities that benefit all owners and residents.
