Proposed Land Sale

What's happening:

• A local developer approached Farmwell Hunt several years ago to purchase a ~1.5 acre parcel of our Common Area, located near Papa Johns Pizza (Parcel ID 088-35-2063), as part of a broader residential development.

• The land is unused/unusable by residents and often treated as a dumping ground that we pay to maintain (taxes, insurance, landscaping, clean-up).

Why it's important:

• This is a great opportunity to sell a small parcel of unused land on the edge of the community and see it become part of a broader development that will improve the area and strengthen Farmwell Hunt property values.

• Sale proceeds (~$1M) will further strengthen our community's financial future and amenities that benefit all owners and residents.

Action required

1. If you haven’t already voted via absentee ballot or proxy form, watch for an email from “VoteHOANow” containing your unique voter credentials (check spam/junk folders; if you don’t receive the email, please contact our Management Agent via support@farmwellhunthoa.org or (703) 565-5021).

2. Click the link provided and register to vote, then cast your ballot.
